ADMINISTRATOR STRATEGY MONITORING AND REPORTING

Main purpose: To provide general administrative and financial administrative support to the entire Strategy, Monitoring & Reporting Department, inclusive of coordinating events, meetings and travel arrangements.

Minimum qualification and experience: Matric or equivalent (NQF 4). 2 years’ experience in Administration experience, inclusive of proven experience coordinating events at all phases from planning through to delivery.

Key performance areas (Include but not limited to): Administration. Event, Meeting and Travel Coordination. Budget Coordination and Support.

Technical skills: Administration. Communication. Coordination. Interpersonal. Planning and organising. Problem solving. Time management. Proficiency in proofreading. Proficiency in grammar skills. Minute taking.

Required knowledge and Behavioural (include but not limited to): Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail. Multi-tasking. Deadline driven. Team player.
