What you'll get: 12 months of practical, on-farm dairy farming experience Exposure to herd management, milking operations, calf rearing, pasture management, and farm administration Valuable workplace experience that supports your WIL requirements Mentorship from experienced dairy farmers and farm managers A solid foundation for a career in the dairy and agricultural sector What we're looking for: Students currently completing a qualification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related field Candidates who require Work Integrated Learning (WIL) as part of their qualification A genuine interest in dairy farming and animal husbandry Willingness to work early mornings, outdoors, and in a hands-on farming environment A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Please note: Only students requiring Work Integrated Learning (WIL) as part of their qualification will be considered for this programme.
