Location: Cape Town

Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. National Diploma in Hospitality Management OR relevant C&G Diploma (NOT negotiable)
3. In addition to the above, it would be an advantage also to have exposure to F&B (experience or studies)
4. Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
5. 2 years of management experience in a similar position

• The career trajectory will begin within the realms of the front office and then transition to a focus on F&B.
• Manages day-to-day leadership and direction of business
• Maximising sales and revenue of the business
• Assisting the GM in the running of the business, ensuring profitability and smooth functioning of all departments.
