POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Agricultural and or Business Management qualification, highly advantageous
Minimum of 2 years’ business/farming experience
Previous sales experience highly advantageous
Previous experience working with ‘peat moss and or coco coir advantageous
Ability to identify opportunities and to take the initiative when opportunities arise.
Ability to create opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
Excellent people management skills
A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them

Main purpose:

Play an active as well as supportive role in commercialization of sale of company product
Call upon company customers regularly and facilitate orders
Managing the day-to-day business
Ensuring monthly targets are met
Prepare necessary reports
Be a brand ambassador for the company
Expansion of current client base
