Job Description

We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant GM with a strong Food and Beverage background but also a versatile all-rounder when it comes to Resort Operations.

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality Management Qualifications will prove an advantage.

Skills

Proven Track record within a similar role in an upmarket and busy resort environment. Strong Administratively (Financial and Stock Controls - Micros) but also Operationally. Exceptional Leadership, Management skills.
