Job Description

Our client seeks a strong Corporate/Commercial Law Attorney with a proven stable track record, 3-7 years PQE in similar role. Some Litigation knowledge, experience and know-how is required but largely this role will be of a Corporate/Commercial nature. The role will be available from the new year.

Qualifications

Ideally a Business Degree and an LLB Qualification. Admitted Attorney. 3-7 years experience within a similar role.

Skills

Strong Corporate/Commercial Law experience. Able to work well independently but also take instruction from Senior Associates within the firm and work in a team as and when required. Some Litigation know-how, experience will prove a strong advantage as this role will require some of this as needed.
