Job Description
We are seeking a driven and well-experienced Commercial Attorney to join our client’s dynamic team of lawyers. The firm is flexible in its approach as to the basis upon which they work with the right candidates and are open to discussing a mutually beneficial working arrangement. This great opportunity is available to experienced, self-motivated commercial attorneys in whatever position they are in now (be it, sole practitioner, in-house legal, medium to large firm, or otherwise) who wish to break out and work with a group of like-minded people in a comfortable and open (yet very professional) environment.
You will be required to facilitate strategic business decisions and provide a trusted third-party legal perspective to clients. This is essential when assessing how a commercial decision will impact the client’s business at a later stage. Within the firm’s areas of specialisation you must be well-skilled and experienced with drafting, reviewing, identifying and mitigating risks, complying, localising, negotiating, advising, asserting, implementing and discussing. The firm are expert in the localisation of agreements for use in South Africa.
Qualifications
Law Degree. Admitted Attorney.
