A well established Conveyancing practice with 3 branches currently. This role will report into the Sandton branch every 2-3 days. The other two branches are located in Randburg and Alberton. New business to be developed down the line in KZN. There is no area restraints so this person will have free reign to develop business in any area.
Job Description
Our client, a well-established Conveyancing practice with offices in Randburg, Alberton, Sandton currently (and looking to expand further) are seeking an effective business developer to generate business and more instructions for the practice. Key performance areas will be to build, grow and maintain relationships with Estate Agents and other relevant parties in order to drive more business/instructions to the Conveyancing practice. Duties will involve on the road Sales, meeting and greeting agents/clients at their offices or taking them out for lunch/coffee, assisting with brochures and other promotional material to give the firm good exposure in the marketplace, to attend some weekend promotional events as and when required. This will be a hybrid role. Working from home and mostly being on the road and with clients and to check in with the Sandton office every 2-3 days. We are looking for an individual who either understands the conveyancing process through having worked at a Law firm in this sector (perhaps a paralegal or secretary) or at an Estate agency who would understand how to secure more business from this sector. We are looking for someone with a proven successful track record of developing this kind of business.

Relevant qualifications will prove advantageous but are not a requirement.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking the right culture fit. We seek an experience individual in either the Conveyancing or Real Estate Sector or related industries, who has a proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully developing business for this sector. Someone with a solid network in relevant sectors. Person should be thick-skinned, mature, be results orientated and sales and relationship driven. Able to function independently to achieve required results.
