We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dining and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize food and beverage service across all outlets.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
– Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets effectively.
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service standards.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Skills
