  The Role:

  We are looking for a AI Construction Lead for a contract position in Richards Bay.

  • Must be available immediately
  • Must have an Instrument Trade Test
  • Boiler experience (advantageous)
  • 10+yearsâ?? experience as a Construction Lead
  Skills and Experience:
  • Must have an understanding and knowledge of Instrumentation processes
  • Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems 
  • Knowledge of hazardous areas/zones
  • Safety Instrumented Systems
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • The ability to work and lead under pressure
  • Must be able to read electrical schematics wiring diagrams etc.
  • Must be to follow/monitor construction schedules
  • Have the ability to reschedule and prioritize work when the schedule is compromised
  • Liaise with other team leaders
  • Ensure contractors comply with the companies industry standards
