The Role:
We are looking for a AI Construction Lead for a contract position in Richards Bay.
- Must be available immediately
- Must have an Instrument Trade Test
- Boiler experience (advantageous)
- 10+yearsâ?? experience as a Construction Lead
Skills and Experience:
- Must have an understanding and knowledge of Instrumentation processes
- Knowledge of Distributed Control SystemsÂ
- Knowledge of hazardous areas/zones
- Safety Instrumented Systems
- Excellent Leadership skills
- The ability to work and lead under pressure
- Must be able to read electrical schematics wiring diagrams etc.
- Must be to follow/monitor construction schedules
- Have the ability to reschedule and prioritize work when the schedule is compromised
- Liaise with other team leaders
- Ensure contractors comply with the companies industry standards
- The ability to motivate contractors
