Develop and optimise predictive models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation tools. Build, train, evaluate, and maintain machine learning models. Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems and applications. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders. Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI initiatives. Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements. Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, and ethical AI standards. Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative AI solutions. Document technical designs, methodologies, and best practices. Job Experience & Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with AI\/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents. Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model lifecycle management. Experience with SQL and large-scale data processing. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and model integration techniques. Understanding of MLOps, CI\/CD, and deployment methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
