POSITION INFO:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Python Programming - Clean, modular code. Libraries like Pandas, NumPy – you speak to them fluently.
• AWS Lambda Functions - You design and manage serverless functions like a pro. Plus, you test the life out of them.
• Git Version Control - GitHub/Git? Collaboration? Branching sorcery? You’re the version control whisperer.
• Testing Frameworks - PyTest, automated test pipelines, keeping bugs out like a bouncer at a VIP club.
• API Management - You build and consume RESTful APIs. Bonus if you know Apigee.
• Cloud Deployment (AWS) - You know how to lift apps into the cloud and keep them flying smoothly.
• Tools/IDEs - VS Code, GitHub Desktop, Jupyter Notebook, PyCharm — pick your weapons.
• Agile Working Model - You’ll also take on roles as defined in the AWM Charter.

• SQL (for wrangling data like a cowboy)
• LLMs (like GPT-4) and integrating their APIs
• SAP Datasphere & Analytics knowledge
• Using Python for data transformation & integration
• Terraform for AWS infra
• GenAI use cases
• Coaching & mentoring
• Killer presentation and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 3–5+ years Python experience
• Proven background in AI solutions, data science, and analytics

• Data Analytics & Modelling - Spot trends, build models, and keep the company’s data science sharp.
• ML & AI Integration - Apply ML, develop prompt engineering strategies, and optimize NLP pipelines.
• AI-Powered Content Generation - Train, tune, and prompt AI to produce engaging, accurate outputs.
• AI System Integration & Deployment - Integrate AI into real apps and scale for performance and security.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with experts and empower business users through AI-driven insights.
