SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about AI innovation and ready to create cutting-edge solutions that drive real impact? We’re seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade voice and text bots, QA systems, and NLP solutions, especially in under-represented African languages.

POSITION INFO:
AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI/ML solutions including chatbots, STT/TTS, LLMs, and QA tools
Develop and maintain models in Python using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries
Build APIs and integrate AI into business systems
Drive innovation in Generative AI and voice tech for real-world use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

Honours (minimum) or Master’s in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
Strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, voice bots, and speech tech
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps best practices
Experience with African language technologies is a big plus
Exposure to QA systems and chatbot development (voice & script)
