AI (RAG) Developer

SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a Backend .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable AI-powered systems.
You will work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrate large language models (LLMs), and expose them via APIs, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend systems and RAG pipelines using .NET technologies and AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for AI retrieval and generation functionalities.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure deployment reliability.
• Integrate backend systems with internal and external services to deliver scalable microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in backend .NET development (C#, .NET Core/6/7).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, database integration, and scalable architecture design.
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, or vector search technologies is a plus.
• Proficient in testing, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Passion for AI, software development, and continuous learning.
