AP Clerk (Contract)

Job & Company Description:


This services concern is in search of an assertive Accounts Payable Clerk to join their high performing seasoned finance team on a month to month basis. The suitable candidate to fill this role will be required to provide financial, administrative and clerical services including, processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

This exhilarating contract role requires an independent thinker and worker who requires minimal supervision and will hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full AP function
• Process accounts and incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transaction
• Prepare remittances and payments, customer invoices and statements
• Reconciliation of the AP ledger

Education and skills:

• Bookkeeping or credit related qualification would be advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and SAP experience (non – negotiable)
