POSITION INFO:
Our client in the IT Industry is looking for an API Intergration Engineer to join their team in Cape Town, City Center.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience- 8+ years in software development with a strong focus on API integration.
- Proven experience connecting multiple platforms—preferably teesheet or similar scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and modern development toolkits.
Technical Skills- Proficiency in backend languages: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or Python.
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, web services, and data formats like JSON and XML.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Version control ninja with Git.
