A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of an Accounts Receivable Manager. 

As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be involved with the customers, billing, collection and legal processes, you will need to be an organised individual with a love for numbers.

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will responsible for the following:

• Responsible for customer master maintenance, invoicing, collections, AR related management reporting and enforcing corresponding internal controls
• Implement and prepare strategy to achieve monthly collections target, reducing deductions and speed up the billing process
• Offer operational support and assistance
• Oversee analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts and collection procedures
• Responsible for the overall performance of the team
• Provide training to the team
• Participate in annual audits and special projects
• Update and maintain service catalogue

Qualifications:

Matric

Diploma / Degree

Skill:

10+ years’ experience

Attention to detail

Management experience within a Shared Service environment is required.

Previous experience within a Shared Services industry would be beneficial
