POSITION INFO:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must be professionally registered with SACAP not negotiable
- Minimum 5 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered)
- Based in the Western Cape
- Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects not negotiable
- Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential. exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial
- Able to review, compile and endorse Contract Instructions & Extension of time claims
- Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial
- STRONG project management and delegation skills
- PA experience is beneficial
- Able to work under strict deadlines
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel & Outlook
- Strong formal writing skillset not negotiable
- Strong administration skills not negotiable
- English as a first language
- Very well spoken and clear communication
