Architectural Specifier Sales Rep (Bathroom / Tile / Roofing Industry)
Midrand Based
Cost to company R40 000 to R45 000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

We are looking for a talented and competitive architectural specifications representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Areas of Responsibilities

Collecting architectural drawing
Product specifications and presentations:
Weekly presentations and workshops to Architects and key customers, on the technical and safe utilization of the product range.
Calling on architects, quantity surveyors, and developers to follow up on new projects to be done.
Liaising with architects, Main contractors, and professionals to determine the status of projects and to follow through and make sure specifications become orders.
Organizing of any functions that we do e.g. CPD presentations, training for architects.
Achieving predetermined budget figures.
Technical advice and consultancy:
Consult with Architects and Building contractors regarding technical installations and safe utilization of the ironmongery range of products.
Attend site meetings.
Utilizing resources at your disposal

Requirements:

Proven specifications and sales experience
Require a list of architects and architectural practices they are detailing with existing relationships with Architects / QS / Contractors
5 years’ experience
