ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The management and allocation of packing programs to the packhouse
• Price negotiations with international and local clients and supermarkets
• Stock control and logistics
• Setting up programs at the start of the season
• Maintenance and growth of existing programs
• Finding new markets and programs
• Timely collating of crop projections and fitting them into retail programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, have good communication and interpersonal skills, function well under pressure and be driven to be successful. Marketing or commercial experience will be advantageous and may strengthen your application BUT not a requirement as a young energetic person without experience but who has the right attributes will also be looked at favourably.
