JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified Attorney who has minimum of three to five years post qualification, with experience in High Court Litigation and dealing with collections and matters involving the National Credit Act?

Our clients very well-established legal firm based in Cape Town CBD requires your expertise to join their highly successful team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
3 to 5 years post qualification experience
High Court litigation experience
Experience in matters involving National Credit Act
Experience in insolvency matters
Proven management skills
Own vehicle and driver’s licence.

DUTIES
Manage Dispute resolution
Initial case investigation and gathering of evidence
Assessments
Representation of clients
Pleadings and motions
Manage disclosure
Witness Statements and Expert Evidence

Salary: R dependent on experience
