A dynamic and growing audit and accounting firm is seeking qualified Accounting and Auditing professionals to join our team in a Managerial or Senior Accounting/Audit role, depending on experience and qualification.

POSITION INFO:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and review audit and accounting assignments
• Plan and manage client engagements and budgets
• Produce and review client reports and audit opinions
• Conduct technical reviews of full audit files and tax returns
• Manage team allocations and resource planning for engagements
• Monitor performance against budgets and deadlines
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and mentorship to junior staff
• Ensure planning documentation is accurate and complete
• Oversee billing processes and manage WIP
• Maintain and build strong client relationships
• Offer technical assistance to team members as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• SAIPA or SAICA qualified or working towards the qualification.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, IFRS, ISA, and South African Taxation
