POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• Min of 6 previous years farm management experience
• Proven avocado farming experience
• Proven management skills
• HACCP / BRC / SIZA / EE background, advantageous
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Natural ability to liase with farmers and exporters
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Strong admin and record keeping skills
