EXPERIENCE:
1. Strong experience of managing complex technology projects including experience within an Agile/Scrum team environment with large, cross functional teams
2. Senior stakeholder engagement
3. Vendor management experience
4. JIRA toolset
Preferred
• Experience with projects using AWS/cloud services
• Has worked in financial services industry
SKILLS:
1. Able to provide and enforce structure in a complex project to enable delivery
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to the C-level
3. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail
4. Ability to monitor and manage project risk (and escalate appropriately)
5. Ability to ensure a thorough audit trail (project artefacts)
KNOWLEDGE:
• Certified Scrum Master
• Cloud computing
Preferred:
• AWS ecosystem knowledge - AWS Certifications are even better
• Agile certification

HIGH LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule stand-ups and other meetings with their team and their clients.
• Manage the budget for all of their projects, constantly communicating with clients about the scope, timing, and remaining resources
• Resourcing
o Identify, plan and forecast for gaps
o Monitor, manage and review against invoicing
o Change requests
• Manage project communications
• Helping clients understand how the delivery team will meet their business goals and the costs around using those technologies
