POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating campus projects, learner administration, and compliance with SETA/QCTO regulations
- Managing learner contracts, onboarding, and progress tracking via LMS
- Handling learner stipends, terminations, and POE administration
- Providing logistical and administrative support to facilitators and training teams
- Ensuring compliance with OHS and academic requirements
Requirements:- 5+ years in administration, preferably in a campus/training environment
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Google Mail, LMS)
- Understanding of assessment, moderation, and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
