JOB DESCRIPTION:

CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

To assist in the administration of the PG Qualifications in the Faculty of EBET, as well as to assist with administrative duties in the School of IT.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Administration and Information management of qualifications Provide secretarial and administrative support

Provide front office support, manage office and respond to enquiries Financial Administration and assisting with budget monitoring

REQUIREMENTS

M or M+1 qualification in (e.g. secretarial/office management/public relations & communication would be advantageous).

Experience in a university setting with post grad administration or related work M+3 would be advantageous

At least 3 years work related experience in which competency has been gained.

Ability to cope with unforeseen circumstances by providing workable alternatives to the situation at hand. Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
