SUMMARY:
Our Client, a leading global tech multinational organisation is looking for an Account Delivery Lead.

POSITION INFO:

The Account Delivery Lead is responsible for the overall financial and strategic aspects of an operations account. Will be responsible for :

Client Facing Activities :

Develop and manage the outsourcing delivery contract relationships
Single point of contact for the client account senior executive and client stakeholders on the outsourcing contract
Set and manage outsourcing contract service level agreements, acting as escalation point around client priorities and issues
Manage the quality and risk of the services provided to the client
Development and management of the outsourcing client relationship, to include managing the client to their contract commitments
Set client expectations in conjunction with the client account senior executive and manage to those expectations
Establish formal routines for delivery account reviews with - client and client account senior executives
Responsible for shaping and driving value-led transformation for the client

Client ( Internal) :

Participate in client account planning and forecasting activities
Manage the operational and financial performance of the outsourcing contract
Achieve outsourcing contract profitability targets using the most appropriate principles, levers and tools
Manage outsourcing change orders, service quality, and recovery plans
Participate in and comply with the outsourcing account quality programs, including quality assurance and client satisfaction review
Achieve year-over-year efficiencies in conjunction with Service Delivery Operations Leads
Oversee operational activities of the delivery teams to drive the journey of continuous improvement to intelligent operations.
