• Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Lead efficient delivery of a multi-channel strategy that is in line with the
  • objectives of the client
  • Relationship management: Ownership and management of the day-to-day senior client
  • relationship to ensure work is of an excellent standard and relationship is collaborative and
  • fruitful
  • Monitor and measure performance of delivery across the different facets of content
  • deliverables through effective management and monitoring of quality of work, ROI to client
  • and profitability of the account
  • Budgets: Manage the commercial performance of the accounts to ensure every project is
  • commercially viable and targets are met
  • People: Manage and motivate the team round the client’s objectives and culture

  • New business: Identify and optimise opportunities for business growth
