Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Lead efficient delivery of a multi-channel strategy that is in line with the
- objectives of the client
- Relationship management: Ownership and management of the day-to-day senior client
- relationship to ensure work is of an excellent standard and relationship is collaborative and
- fruitful
- Monitor and measure performance of delivery across the different facets of content
- deliverables through effective management and monitoring of quality of work, ROI to client
- and profitability of the account
- Budgets: Manage the commercial performance of the accounts to ensure every project is
- commercially viable and targets are met
- People: Manage and motivate the team round the client’s objectives and culture
- Award entries: Manage award nonimations
- New business: Identify and optimise opportunities for business growth
