POSITION INFO:

A Sport and Entertainment Agency is looking for an Account Director to run multiple campaigns within the agency, within budget and to achieve the strategic brand objectives. You will help to plan, coordinate and implement marketing plans and oversee teams who are developing campaigns for respective clients.

The Account Director is primarily responsible for :

Managing Key Digital, Media and Sponsorship Accounts. Duties include but are not limited -

· Manage day-to-day activities of Account Managers and Account Executives

· Identify business opportunities with both new and existing clients

· Work with clients to understand business needs and provide optimum solutions

· Have a trusted relationship with the strategy team and able to conduct creative meetings and assess and push the work against the clarity of a well-written brief. Continuously ensure that there is consistent brand alignment in all the work produced

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Overall Account Management:

· Assist in development and implementation of leveraging / project plans in line with client briefs / strategy / requirements

· Efficient and effective running of projects across all client projects

· Detailed ops and project plans for all client events / projects

· De-briefs for all events

· Assist with all project/client-related tasks requests

· Manage all budgets from the conceptualisation of campaigns

· Track and monitor overall account performance to meet revenue targets

· Prepare and deliver client presentations, case studies and to research available media opportunities to suit objectives

Client Service:

· Demonstrate understanding of the agency''s offering and ability to communicate this with the client

· Ensure that proposals and reporting meet a high and consistent standard that correctly portrays the experience of the activation and summarises its    delivery achievement.

· Build and nurture client relationships. Daily communication with clients, including, but not limited to taking briefs, contact reports, general communication. Inspire confidence in the agency''s ability, provide the client with peace of mind

Finance and Internal Business Processes:

· Assist with the management of project / leveraging budgets. Ensure they are adhered to and within budget

· Ensure all financial procedures are adhered to

· Understand and work diligently on Chase

Revenue Growth:

· Maintaining the current client and assisting the team in reaching the annual revenue target

· Identify revenue opportunities for the agency through cost-saving efficiencies and identifying organic opportunities within the project / client

Media Solutions:

· Understand client brief and research available media opportunities to suit objectives

· Use market research information (demographics, media usage, ratings and the type of content in a given vehicle) to choose the best possible venue for an advertising campaign

· Purchase advertising space in print, outdoor, broadcast and online outlets or as required by the client

· Update and manage material chase lists (fixtures, flighting codes, material submissions and proof of deliveries)

· Ensure media flights correctly through spot list and post-campaign briefs and checks

· Research and analysis of post-campaign data

· Sending out invoicing and general administrative communication
