Account Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic business focused on delivering streamlined operations through innovative technology, managed services, and workflow solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction
Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
Coordinate and attend regular client meetings
Conduct ongoing business reviews to identify opportunities for growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling and direct sales
Effectively present, position, and close solutions

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience within the telecommunications industry (essential)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Qualification:
Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
