SUMMARY:
Our client, a company focusing on alternative building technology is looking for reliable Account Manager in the Kathu area.
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Sales or Marketing Degree or diploma.
- At least 5+ years of Retail Sales experience.
- Read and draw design layouts on Turbo-Cad.
- Experience with multiple management of projects at a time.
- Must have a great personality and drive to succeed in challenging but achievable targets.
- ISO and tendering experience - advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future customers.
- Achieve Monthly and annual sales target.
- Tender briefing attendance.
- Rapport building with clients.
- Tracking projects status.
- Actively create opportunities within the market.
- Achieve customer visit targets.
- Entertainment of customers.
- Establish and Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Investigate, report and understand the organizational structure of clients.
- Keep up to date with customer trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes and tenders.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative work.
- Asist with collection of outstanding/overdue payments.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports.
