JOB SUMMARY:
Account Manager Mpumalanga

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills and a willingness to learn and can handle a very large AM budget!
This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying opportunities, and matching products to the customer’s needs.
A career seeker rather than someone looking for a job, have the quality sales skills and dedication to deliver the best service to customers,
with enthusiasm and ability to increase sales.
JHB candidates who are willing to travel and stay out at least 3 days a week, will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimal Requirements
  • Experience with Account Management would be ideal, but if you have the right attitude and can use negotiation and persuasion to assist a customer to make the right decision on a product, we can help develop your skills
  • Have a positive and confident personality while maintaining the desired respect
  • Polite and articulate
Responsibilities
  • Call on existing customers regularly, understand their needs, and go the extra mile to ensure their needs are met
  • Keep customers and their customers excited and satisfied by providing a complete range of DIY and Industrial tools and hardware
  • Offer the best service possible
  • Retain and grow existing customer database, through quality of service, and providing an excellent customer journey in a competitive market
  • Focus on quality service and calls. Have great conversations and build trust and ensure customers buy products they need from us
  • Know and understand customer’s business and become their trusted supplier/subject matter experts.
  • Listen to customers and assist with a business proposition - central to your role, solving queries is vital, as is advising customers of new innovative products and services
