POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements
• BCom Degree in Accounting or related field (REQUIRED)
• Additional accounting qualifications (e.g. SAIPA, CIMA, ACCA) will be advantageous
• 1–2 years minimum relevant working experience in an accounting environment
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems
• Working knowledge of basic supply chain processes including inventory, purchasing, and cost
tracking
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities
• Handle full accounting function for the Adaptive Accounting business unit
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end procedures
• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Compilation of Annual Financial Statements
• Prepare and submit management accounts and internal financial reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with clients, and key partners
• Work closely with the Head of Finance to support the division’s growth
