SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Our client, a powerhouse in the engineering industry, is looking for a skilled Accountant to join their dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting both local and international operations.

Duties:

Manage inter-company transactions and ensure accuracy across global entities.
Coordinate with the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) for audits and compliance.
Strengthen and maintain internal controls.
Collaborate with the logistics team on goods received and inventory-related processes.
Drive effective global stakeholder engagement across various regions.
Oversee accounts payable processes.
Prepare journals, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Education and Experience:

BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance (BCom & completed articles is preferred).
Exposure to a multinational environment is preferred.
Exposure to engineering, logistics, or manufacturing industries would be advantageous.
