Duties:

Run full accounting cycles - journals, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Ensure SARS compliance: VAT201, EMP201, ITR12, ITR14.
Provide client-facing advice, interpreting financials into actionable business strategies.
Prepare for audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Drive process efficiency, leveraging digital tools for accuracy and speed.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Financial Accounting or equivalent.
Completed SAIPA articles.
Additional tax/compliance training advantageous.

Experience:

Prior exposure to professional accounting practice beneficial.
Strong working knowledge of CaseWare, Pastel, Xero, and Excel.
Experience engaging with SARS platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical mastery of accounting standards and tax law.
Ability to analyse, problem-solve, and advise clients effectively.
High attention to detail with discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong client communication and advisory skills.
