SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a hands-on Accountant to deliver accurate financial insights, ensure compliance, and keep reporting processes running smoothly!

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure data integrity
- Manage accruals, VAT submissions, and tax schedules
- Oversee debtors and creditors – resolve discrepancies and ensure timeous processing
- Assist with payroll input, reconciliations, and audit support
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment runs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial statement preparation
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, legislation, and audit standards

Skills & Requirements:

- BCom in Accounting
- 2+ years’ accounting experience (full function exposure preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems (SAGE X3 / VIP payroll an advantage)
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
