Financial Accountant

Our client, a leading distributor of world-class products and instrumentation for Chromatography, Micro- and Molecular Biology, Elemental Analysis, and Mass Spectrometry, is looking for a dynamic Financial Accountant to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:

What you’ll do:

Manage and maintain full financial accounting functions, including reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Support the external audit process and ensure accurate year-end close.
Drive process improvements and financial controls across operations.
Partner with management to provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions.

What you’ll bring:

CA(SA) qualification preferred, or completed SAICA articles with solid post-article experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
