Accountant – Vereeniging, Gauteng Reference: MID633 Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established South African manufacturing company in the automotive battery industry . The organisation has been operating for decades and is known for producing high-quality locally manufactured batteries used in the automotive replacement market , supplying both local and international markets while maintaining world-class manufacturing standards. They are seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Vereeniging . Key Responsibilities Full accounting function and monthly financial reporting Preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Debtors and creditors age analysis and reconciliations Cashflow management and financial controls VAT submissions and statutory reporting Fixed asset register and depreciation management Budgeting and forecasting support Assisting with annual audits and financial compliance Minimum Requirements B-degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience) 5+ years’ accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of financial reporting, stock control, and imports\/exports Advanced Excel and ERP system experience Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Remuneration Package:R 30,000.00 - R 40,000.00 depending on experience and pension fund benefits Please forward your CV to: Use reference number MID633 in the email subject line.
