SUMMARY:
A reputable logistics and storage entity are looking for an Accountant to join their finance division. Due to the urgency of this position, immediately available candidates will be preferred.

POSITION INFO:

Duties included, but not limited to:

Month-end reporting, general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, payments processing, exceptional items, fixed assets, and cost accounting.
Preparation of periodic reports, reviews and reconciliation of data.
Preparation balance sheet reconciliations.
Processed Provisions, Accruals, Budgets & Forecasts
Assists with financial and variance analyses, board packs and budget preparation.
Tax Clearances Monthly
Flash Reporting & Management Accounts
Preparation & Submission of Statutory Returns (PAYE, VAT, Tax,)
Fixed Asset Register Maintenance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A minimum of 4 years’ finance experience

Education

B. Com in Accounting
Completed SAICA articles will be highly advantageous
