They are looking for an efficient accountant with excellent communication & time management skills to join their growing finance team. This person will be responsible for processing, financial reporting & supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the business. Take this step to grow your career within accounting

POSITION INFO:

Recording and processing journals on a day-to-day and monthly basis

Reconciling loans and interests’ calculations

Putting together management packs monthly

Property valuations

Preparing annual budget

Assisting with auditing

Preparing AFS

Forecasting financial requirements

Help management with projects

Ensuring billing and creditors departments meet deadlines

Skills & Experience:

Experience with managing accounting adjustments

Knowledge of VAT and accounting principles (IFRS for SME’s)

Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum 3 years work experience in a role in property

Qualification:

Matric
