A market leader in the property industry is currently in the market for an Accountant. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in the property sector with consolidations experience.

POSITION INFO:

A market leader in the property industry is currently in the market for an Accountant. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in the property sector with consolidations experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

BCOM
3 – 5 years’ experience
Property industry experience (essential)
Consolidation’s experience (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Complete monthly financial reports
Bank reconciliations
Ensuring all invoices have been authorized and captured in creditor module
Creditor’s reconciliations
Debtors’ reconciliations
Reconciling general ledger to debtor’s ledger, balance sheet and income statement
Loan balances
Preparing trial balances
Consolidations
Preparing monthly group consolidations
Complete and submit all statutory and municipal returns
