Accountant

SUMMARY:
An innovative property house based in the Northern suburbs of Gauteng, is looking to employ an Accountant with at least 3 years of experience coming from the property industry. Consolidation experience is non negotiable.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCOM
• 3 – 5 years’ experience
• Property industry experience (essential)
• Consolidation’s experience (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly financial reports
• Bank reconciliations
• Ensuring all invoices have been authorized and captured in creditor module
• Creditor’s reconciliations
• Debtors’ reconciliations
• Reconciling general ledger to debtor’s ledger, balance sheet and income statement
• Loan balances
• Preparing trial balances
• Consolidations
• Preparing monthly group consolidations
• Complete and submit all statutory and municipal returns
