Accountant

SUMMARY:
An international IT solutions company based in Central Johannesburg is on the lookout for an Accountant to work on their USA books. It is essential that the successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and come with a strong accounting background.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and Accounting qualification.
• 3-5 years’ experience as an Accountant.
• Experience working on ConnectWise & QuickBooks Online would be ideal.
• Has to be able to communicate well in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reconciling all asset, liability, and capital account entries.
• Ensure the collection of accurate financial information to prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates all financial transactions by checking documents.
• Accruals, Prepaid Expenses & Provisions
• Intercompany loan accounts
• Debtors’ management.
• Creditors management.
