SUMMARY:
An Accountant position has become available in the e-commerce space. If you have a dynamic work approach accompanied with creativity, short on ego, a go-getter with integrity then you will fit in perfectly in this fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

Fulfill the accounting function through actively processing payments and overseeing transactions

Design scalable, processes to support this rapidly growing environment

Apply measurable tracking processes for internal controls

Oversee partner accounts by managing the creditors clerk team

Provide assistance with onboarding, partner resolution and reconciling individual accounts

Manage bulk invoicing, prepare finance reports and reconcile control accounts weekly

Lead with intent to see projects through and influence policy processes to drive expansive projects

Work closely with all internal stakeholders

Coach and mentor supporting members of the accounting team

Skills & Experience:

Critical thinking ability

Aptitude for process automation

Fast paced environment

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent co-ordination

Great Time management

Qualification:

BCom Accounting/Finance Management

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in corporate finance

SAICA / SAIPA articles

CA (SA) preferred

Honours (Advantageous)
