SUMMARY:
We are in search for a Dynamic & Accomplished Accountant with a reputable track record and with 10 years of experience in management or supervision in accounting and administration.

POSITION INFO:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for delegating, analytics, supervising, management and reviewing responsibilities of subordinates, keeping detailed books, accounts and records of the company, maintaining and implementing internal accounting controls, training personnel required in achieving accounting goals, monitoring account payables and solving payment problems, making recommendations and about new accounting programs and operations excellence, the implementation and monitoring of such implementations and performing other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom/BCom Honors

• 10Years + Experience

• Staff Management

Performance Areas (Responsibilities) and Experience:

Reviewing accounting and payroll records

Reviewing, Analysing and interpreting statistical and accounting information.

Advice management about accounting principles, practices and procedures along the guidelines established by the company and current laws, as well as recommendations to work SMARTER, be more effective and efficient.

Implementation and maintenance of finance and operation excellence

Internal Controls

Internal/External Audit – target: no findings

Supplier supervision and management

Asset Register supervision and management

Fuel management system supervision and management

Reconciliation of revenue

Reconciliation of statistical data

Balance sheet reconciliations
