JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Accountant / Bookkeeper for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with Diploma B.Com Degree specializing in General Accounting
3+ years general accounting experience
Computer literate – advanced MS Excel
Must have excellent communication skills, and be ale to work under pressure
Clear credit / criminal record and contactable references

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Bookkeeping duties to Trial Balance & drawing up Management Accounts
Reconcile creditors and balance sheet accounts
Process adjusting journal entries
Complete / submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Maintain monthly payroll input sheet
Support to Financial Manager

Salary: R15 000.00 per month
