As financial accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function with the various departments working directly with you. Your duties will also include financial reporting, analysis, financial statements, and liaising with the auditors.

This role has a strong technical input and requires someone with a knack for bringing order and strategic direction within an environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be excited by the prospect of problem-solving, innovative thinking, and implementing new policies and procedures. Hence this is not an environment for the faint-hearted individual that only functions in a structured and automated environment!

Education:

Qualified CA(SA) is preferred
Completed BCom degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Big 8 experience is preferred
Commercials Experience is preferred
Strong ERP experience is essential
FMCG, manufacturing, or similar industry experience required
