Accounting Administrator
Witbank/Pretoria
R9 000 - R10 000 CTC depending on experience

Our client is in the agricultural industry and they are looking for a motivated, strong admin and driven Accounting Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric certificate
Minimum of 3 years experience with bookkeeping and with group companies
Advanced Microsoft Office and Pastel Partner skills
Valid driver's license and own transport

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with financial reporting and administrative tasks
Doing capturing of bank statements, invoices, and source documents
Filing documents within the accounting and finance department
Reconciling general ledger, supplier, and customer accounts up to Trial Balance
Providing support to finance and accounting departments as needed
Preparing working papers and accounting or audit files for Accountants and Management
