A growing and innovative accounting firm seeks an experienced Accountant to join their team based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

In this role, you will be responsible for management of the Cape Town branch and all trainees. Duties include reviewing of trainee's work, ensure client deliverables are met, as well as mentoring, training and assisting of team, to name but a few.

Education:

BCom in Accounting / Finance

Professional finance designation (SAIPA / SAICA)

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles

3 to 4 years' experience in a full function accounting role within the commercial sector

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

SARS e-filing

Xero experience will be desirable

Payspace experience will be desirable

DraftWorx experience will be desirable

Valid drivers' license

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
