Our client, in the customized converted containers and modular solutions industry, is looking for a Accounting Clerk / Financial Controller (Bookkeeper) for their team in Centurion.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the bookkeeping as well as the accounts payable and the accounts receivable.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily

Record Financial Transactions such as purchases, expenses and payments
Daily Banking Activities
Accounts Reconciliations
Processing Accounts Payable; Prepare Weekly & Monthly Payments
Intercompany Transfers
Petty Cash Management
Intercompany (BEE Entities) Invoice Renaming
Debtors Invoicing (excl. Rentals)
Credit Applications (incl. analysis of Financial Statements)
New Rental Clients Applications

Weekly

Export Documentation
Creditors Documentation
Supplier Follow-ups (Invoicing & Statements Queries)

Monthly

Creditors Report
P/C Monthly Recon
Sub-Letting Recon

Adhoc

Audit Assistance
Supplier Settlement Discount negotiations (30-Day Accounts)

POSITION INFO:
Required qualification and working knowledge:

Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business
5-7 years of experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting Role
SAP Business One Experience
Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport Required
MS Office
